PCS Wireless and Voice Assist Announce Nationwide Market Trial

Voice Assist, Inc. (OTCBB: VSST), an award-winning provider of mobile speech and handsfree solutions, today announced an agreement with PCS Wireless to conduct a nationwide market test on 10,000 mobile phones.

Voice Assist® provides a conversational safe driving application that lets drivers use voice commands to make calls, listen to email, read email, reply to email, send text messages, receive text messages and post to social networks by voice without typing.

Voice Assist is also integrated with Live Assist™, Voice Assist’s optional live concierge service that comes on the line when subscribers say “Live Assist.” The live assistant can help consumers with turn by turn directions, finding local resources such as restaurants, gas stations, bank ATM machines or making reservations for dinner, concerts, airlines, hotels, rental cars and more.

Voice Assist will be sold with select mobile phones sold by PCS via their distribution channel to business partners. Once receiving their phones end users simply register the application online to begin using the ‘handsfree solution’ immediately.
