Veltex Corporation to Convene 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

   Veltex Corporation (PINKSHEETS: VLXC) announced today that it plans to hold the 2010 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Friday, December 10, 2010 at the office of the corporation in Chicago, Illinois. The meeting will convene at 10:00 am Central time on the 15th floor office complex at 123 West Madison Avenue in downtown Chicago.
