Johnson Controls Inc. (JCI) has received bids for its auto-electronics business from a group of suitors, including Delphi Automotive PLC (DLPH) and Continental AG (CON.XE), Bloomberg News reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
Valeo S.A. (FR.FR) and Harman International Industries Inc. (HAR) also submitted bids, one of the people told Bloomberg.
