Ultimate Sports, Inc. (Pink Sheets:USPS), a manufacturer and supplier to the recreational vehicle industry, today announced the company is preparing to acquire Extreme Fitness Inc. to expand its growth in the sporting goods industry.

"We are in the final stages of negotiating an acquisition of Extreme Fitness Inc. Extreme Fitness has an 18 year history of manufacturing high quality exercise and fitness equipment and is on the cusp of opening a nationwide sales channel," stated Ultimate Sports President, Kevin Metheny. "Upon completing this acquisition, we will assist Extreme Fitness in capitalizing on their upcoming distribution opportunities while leveraging their existing sales base. The company plans to announce two new products in 2010 that target this $66 billion dollar industry."

Extreme Fitness enjoys a stable and expanding customer base which includes the United States Air Force Academy, United States Olympic Training Centers in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Lake Placid, New York, San Diego, California, and Salt Lake City, Utah, as well as numerous gyms, schools, colleges, universities, fire departments, police forces, correctional facilities and military centers.

Ultimate Sports intends to announce the completed Letter of Intent next week.
