UniCredit SpA (UCG.MI) said Thursday that it agreed to sell a non-performing loans portfolio to a securitisation vehicle financed by SPF Investment Management L.P.
The portfolio consists of unsecured loans to Italian small and medium companies with total value of around 1.1 billion euros ($1.23 billion).
The impact of the sale was already accounted in second-quarter results.
