Item 8.01 Other Events

 

On December 28, 2021 the Company’s CEO, Dr. Jon N Leonard, transferred ownership of 150,000,000 of his common shares in Tautachrome Inc. to the Company. “I’m in this Company for the long haul” Dr. Leonard said today, “and these shares are needed by the Company to facilitate its financing.” These shares are now in the Company’s unissued treasury.
