TGI Solar Receives $1 Million Credit Line

  TGI Solar Group (PINKSHEETS: TSPG), a provider
of solar energy products and solutions, announced today that it has
received an equity investment and a $1 million revolving line of credit
from VNG Invest Sprl, parent company of Prime Solar srl, its new strategic
partner, with offices in Brussels, Belgium. The funds will be used for
working capital and energy related projects.

"Since our market is forecast for tremendous growth, it is critical that we have capital to keep pace," said Henry Val, TGI's CEO. "We are confident that Prime Solar's understanding of the alternative energy sector and VNG's wealth of resources will prove beneficial for the long term."
