TGI Solar Power Group, Inc. (TSPG) Retains Mina Mar Marketing Group

   TGI Solar Power Group, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: TSPG) is pleased to announce that the company has retained Mina Mar Marketing Group Inc. (www.minamargroup.net) (MMMG) for the purpose of investor relations (IR), investor awareness (IA), and to assist TSPG with potential mergers and acquisitions (MA).

TSPG signed a short flight, 90 day contract with MMMG to develop closer ties and relationships with corporate and or accredited investors, to update retail investors on company events on a timely basis, communicate frequently with company shareholders, and to assure the company's transparency and compliance with OTC Markets. MMMG will also work to improve the company's online presence, including the company website and social media presence.
