TGI Solar Enters Into Strategic Alliance With Prime Solar srl

  TGI Solar Power Group (PINKSHEETS: TSPG), a
full turnkey supplier of vertically integrated systems for a variety of
applications from Solar Parks (solar to grid) to commercial markets,
announced today that it has entered into Strategic Alliance Agreement with
Prime Solar srl of Italy.
