TGI Signs Memorandum of Understanding With e2/Energy Solutions

   TGI Solar (PINKSHEETS: TSPG), provider of solar and other clean technology products and solutions, announced today that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with e2/Energy Solutions, LLC (e2), regional Northeastern US integrator in commercial solar energy, lighting & HVAC installations.
