TGI Signs Marketing and Sales Agreement With Organic Products Solution Inc. for Clean Water Treatment Technology

  TGI Solar Group (PINKSHEETS: TSPG), a provider
of solar and other clean technology products and solutions, announced today
that it has signed a sales and marketing agreement with Organic Products
Solution Inc., a provider of clean tech solutions for water treatment
facilities. OPS products are based on an environmentally friendly
formulation that uses a proprietary naturally derived ingredient to
super-charge cleaning and remediation in both industrial cleaners and
wastewater treatment products.

TGI Solar Power Group is in development with OPS for its first joint pilot project to implement their clean water treatment technology in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Henry Val, the CEO of TGI Solar Power Group, commented, "The Company is very excited to announce its new developments with OPS on providing municipalities operating clean technology solutions for water treatment facilities in their region. Adding this to our recent project agreement with SMW Gold Ltd. in Egypt, the company is starting to move ahead on building out our project plans and operations."
