TGI / Prime Solar Sign Contract With SMW Gold LTD

  TGI Solar Group (PINKSHEETS: TSPG), a provider

today that it has jointly signed with Prime Solar, its strategic partner, a
consulting agreement with SMW Gold LTD to review and assess its areas of
exploration in Egypt, to determine the feasibility of bringing utilities
and infrastructure to those areas to improve working conditions and reduce
the cost of exploration.
