John Litvinchuk Joins TGI Solar Group as Board Member and Chief Operating Officer

  TGI Solar Power Group (PINKSHEETS: TSPG),
provider of solar and other clean technology products and solutions,
announced today that John Litvinchuk has joined the company as Chief
Operating Officer and Member of the Board of Directors.  Mr. Litvinchuk
graduated from Yale University with a BA in Economics and holds an MBA in
Finance from New York University.  He also holds a Master's Certificate
from George Washington University in Project Management.  Mr. Litvinchuk
was the U.S. Junior Chess Champion, U.S. High School Chess Champion, and
took third place at the World Junior Chess Championship. Mr. Litvinchuk is
a certified PMP, with over 20 years of professional experience in Fortune
500 companies and served as an advisor on numerous merger and acquisition
transactions, structured major outsourcing deals, and brings about vast
operational experience.
