Asahi Breweries Ltd. (2502.TO) Friday said it has agreed to purchase a 19.99% stake in China's Tsingtao Brewery Co. (0168.HK) for $666.5 million from Anheuser-Busch InBev SA (ABI.BT).
Asahi Breweries plans to close the deal by the end of March.
