dental products subsidiary, has entered into discussion to acquire the
exclusive distribution rights to Solecare®,  an innovative, patent
pending  podiatry product.

Solecare® is a unique new product for the removal of calluses by pedicurists.

The Company expects discussions to result in an agreement in the near term.
