TRDX Signs MOU for Exclusive Negotiation Rights With Eco-Tabs, an Innovative Environmental Business

("TRDX" or the "Company") (PINKSHEETS: TRDX) today announces that it has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Eco-tabs, an innovative environmental product (www.eco-tabs.com). This MOU provides TRDX with a 30 day exclusive negotiation rights with Eco-Tabs to acquire the worldwide rights to Eco-tabs.

Eco-tabs™ are patent pending, multifunctional tablets engineered to oxygenate wastewater, remove hydrogen sulfide odors, prevent corrosion, and initiate aerobic biological breakdown of organic sludge, including natural oils and grease.

The Company expects negotiations to result in an agreement between the parties shortly.
