Tornado Gold International Corp. Secures $500,000 in Equity Financing

Tornado Gold International Corp. (OTCBB:TOGI) (The 
Company) is pleased to announce an equity financing commitment of 
$500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand).

   Tornado Gold has secured a non-brokered private placement of 
US$500,000 consisting of 625,000 units at a price of $0.80 per unit. 
Each unit consists of one common share of the company and one full 
warrant. Each warrant entitles the purchase of an additional common 
share of the company at a price of $0.85 cents per share for a two 
year period.
