 (PINKSHEETS: TMSH) (OTCQB: TMSH) is pleased to announce that the Company has signed an agreement with New York-based institutional investor, Kodiak Capital Group, LLC, to invest up to $2 Million USD. The Company will utilize the investment primarily to expand the portable Biomass Waste-2-Energy system projects.
