State below in reasonable detail why the Form 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q, 10-D, N-CEN, N-CSR or the transition report portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period. (Attach extra sheets if needed.)

 

The year ended report of Temir Corp (the “Company”) on Form 10-K could not be filed within the prescribed time period due to the fact that the Company was unable to finalize its financial results as well as the disclosure requirements of Form10-K without unreasonable expense of effort. As a result the Company could not solicit and obtain the necessary review of the Form 10-K in a timely fashion prior to the due date of the report.
