Amund Skarholt New CEO of TOMRA

appointed Amund Skarholt as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr.
Skarholt will assume his new position in April 2005 and will take the helm of
the world's leading provider of products and solutions for the profitable and
efficient collection and recycling of packaging material.
