Item 2.02.  Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On November 14, 2017, Tel-Instrument Electronics Corp. (“TIC”) (NYSE MKT: TIK) announced its financial results for the first quarter ended September 30, 2017 and $3 million financing.
