Item 8.01 Other Events

 

On September 13, 2021, Tego Cyber Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) filed a Prospectus as part of its Registration Statement on Form S-1. The Prospectus was declared effective on October 28, 2021. Under the terms of the Prospectus, the Offering was to expire on April 26, 2022 unless extended by the Board of Directors.

 

On April 20, 2022, the Board of Directors of the Company voted to extend the offering period for an additional 90 days as provided by the Prospectus. The Offering, as extended will continue until July 25, 2022.
