On June 23, 2014, FINRA approved and announced a 1:500 reverse split of iPure Labs, Inc.   iPure Labs, Inc. is a Multi-channel retail, e-commerce and consumer distribution Nevada corporation, formed to acquire, develop and commercialize products now approved over the counter.
