TCRI to Trade as Petrosearch Corporation and Receives Symbol PSCP 


HOUSTON, Nov. 4  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Texas Commercial Resources, Inc. ,
Houston -- which has reorganized into a holding company under the name
Petrosearch Corporation, a Texas corporation, for purposes of its combination
with Petrosearch Corporation, a Delaware corporation -- announced that its OTC
Pinksheets Trading Symbol will change to "PSCP" tomorrow November 5, 2003.

The Company said that the former symbol, TCRI, will be abandoned simultaneously
with the change to the new symbol. The Company is now conducting business under
the name Petrosearch Corporation.

Petrosearch Corporation will begin a new identity program, featuring its new web
site, http://www.petrosearch.com/ and more readily identifying it with its new
oil & gas related holdings.
