New Lenox, IL, February 4, 2013 – Town Center Bank (the “Bank”) (TCNB), today announced its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2012. There was a net loss of $303,000 and $4.2 million for the years ended 2012 and 2011, respectively. The improvement in operating results is due primarily to a $2.8 million decrease in the provision for loan losses and a decrease of $1.2 million of other real estate valuation provisions.
