VANCOUVER, July 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- TAG Oil Ltd. (TSX-V: TAO/OTCBB: TAGOF) announced today that Paul Infuso has tendered his resignation as a director of the Company. Mr. Infuso tendered his resignation for personal reasons. The Company would like to thank him for his valuable contributions. In place of Mr. Infuso, the Company has appointed Mr. Pino Perone and Mr. Dan Brown as directors. Mr. Perone is a Vancouver-based securities lawyer and Dan Brown has provided regulatory and corporate services to the Company for the past 5 years. "Although we are disappointed with today's resignations I am confident that both Mr. Perone and Mr. Brown will prove to be effective additions to the Company's board."
