Norwegian seabed-to-surface engineering contractor Subsea 7 S.A. (SUBC.OS) said Monday its been awarded a $400 million contract from BG Norge Limited to develop the Knarr field in the Norwegian Sector of the North Sea.
The contract is for the engineering, procurement, construction and installation of a 4.5 kilometer flowline bundle.
Engineering and procurement activities will commence immediately with offshore operations planned from the summer of 2013 until the spring of 2014.
