SouthCorp Capital, Inc. (OTCQB: STHC) announced today it has acquired an additional residential property in Indiana. The Company’s initial budget is $100,000 for the purchase price and renovations with a 60-day renovation timeline. The Company expects to list the property for sale between $150,000 and $175,000.
