Spooz, Inc. (OTC:SPZI), announced today it has published the results of
an audit performed by Kramer Weisman and Associates, LLP at www.spooz.com
and intends to publish the audit at www.pinksheets.com
as soon as possible. The audit, which covers calendar years 2006 and
2007, will be submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission as
part of a registration statement that, subject to SEC approval, will
require Spooz to report its financial information on a quarterly basis.
In addition, the company is in the process of instituting policies and
installing infrastructure to insure and maintain Sarbanes Oxley
compliance.
