Solar Energy Initiatives, Inc. Announces Letter of Intent for Funding of 1 Megawatt (MW) Solar Project

   Solar Energy Initiatives, Inc. (OTCBB: SNRY), a Florida-based solar energy company with business in solar project development, announced that it has executed a Letter of Intent with a renewable energy investment group to provide funding for one of its solar projects. The agreement also allows the potential for follow on investment into additional projects. This funding will support Solar Energy Initiatives pipeline of projects currently in various stages of development. The parties aim is to reach a final agreement within the next 30 days so that construction may begin in the near future.
