(PINKSHEETS: SMCE) -- Last year was a milestone year for SMC Entertainment. The company experienced what we would like to refer to as a new entertainment facelift. Here is a summary of highlights that transpired in 2011 as well as SMC's plans moving forward now in 2012.

2011 In Review

SMC 2011 highlights include chart topping finishes to year and new web site for 2012

• We are proud to say our A Smooth Jazz Holiday release has consistently maintained a top 5 or better position on the Current Contemporary Jazz Albums SoundScan chart over the 2011 holiday sales period and reached a peak of number 3 in December!
• Speaking of the jazz genre, SMC's entry into the genre not only included the success of the A Smooth Jazz Holiday release, but garnered outstanding chart performances for the collaboration between Eumir Deodato and Al Jarreau. The lead track Double Face was the number 1 most added on numerous charts, and topped the JazzWeek chart at number 1 for multiple weeks.
• Killer Mike's PL3DGE has been heralded in many end of year top lists including number 11 in SPIN MAGAZINE'S 40 Best Rap Albums of the year, the track Ric Flair voted number 31 in ROLLING STONE'S Top 50 singles of the year, number 4 on Rap Radar's 2011 most underrated albums, and a highly coveted rating of 8.0 from Pitchfork among many other noteworthy accolades.
• SMC introduced a new fresh face to the hip hop scene in the name of Ohio's own Stalley. Stalley had his fair share of year end accolades including SPIN MAGAZINE'S The Changing Face of Hip Hop feature and a great feature in ROLLING STONE'S November issue featuring fresh new faces of hip hop.
• SMC completed the re-construction of our website to better reflect who we are today and where we will be tomorrow. Check out our newly re-designed logo and updated website at www.smc-ent.com

Considerable progress was made in 2011 and in the early stages of 2012 towards our goal of becoming a multi-million dollar entertainment company. Here are some key components to success we will strive for moving forward.

Management remains focused on the following key objectives:

1. In final stages of rolling out an advance digital strategy that will foster growth of revenues not only from the web and mobile based application but from acquisition of recorded assets from future clients recorded works.

2. Aggressive release schedule in motion to include artists from multiple genres including an international act with multi-platinum past success.

3. Continued expansion into the management of existing entertainment companies similar to our resounding success with Sonorous Entertainment.

4. Revenue growth from expansion of our label marketing services platform.
