Southern ITS International, Inc. Enters Into an Agreement With VxStream

  Southern ITS International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SITS) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with VxStream (www.vxsusa.com). VxStream has developed an exclusive video compression standard that allows our customers to increase effectiveness by adding cameras, increasing high definition coverage and improving image quality. VxStream compressions reduce image file size by up to 90% of its original size.

Jason Bell, Chief Executive Officer, noted, "This compression technology will allow our clients to get the full benefit of the new High-Resolution cameras that we are installing without compromising on the length of time they would like to keep the video file in storage. It also allows them to minimize the stress that High-Resolution camera can place on a network. We are working to integrate this new exciting technology with one of our gaming client and should have a large scale installation done in the first quarter of 2013."
