Southern ITS International, Inc. Completes Acquisition of Integrated Security Systems Provider

  Southern ITS International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ALCD) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Southern ITS Corporation, a Mississippi corporation. In addition, the Company has changed its name to Southern ITS International, Inc. Southern ITS Corporation will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. This strategic acquisition has allowed the Company to further complete its transition and expansion into the electronic security integration sector. Southern ITS now will have the capability to provide a fully-integrated surveillance system including data and voice communication systems targeted for installation in casinos, schools, hospitals, commercial buildings and government infrastructure facilities.
