Item 1.02. Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.

 

On July 27, 2020, Medicine Man Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) received a notice of termination from Medically Correct, LLC (“MC”) terminating the term sheet to acquire MC. The term sheet was previously described in the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on August 20, 2019, and is incorporated herein by reference.
