-- Singapore Telecommunications Ltd., a Singapore-based Internet and telephone company, named Lim Cheng Cheng group chief financial officer. Ms. Lim has been the company's deputy group chief financial officer. She succeeds Jeann Low, who was named group chief corporate officer.

-- Sonic Corp., an Oklahoma City, Okla., franchiser and operator of drive-in restaurants, appointed Claudia San Pedro CFO. She succeeds Stephen Vaughan, who was named executive vice president of franchise operations, finance and planning. Ms. San Pedro, who will remain treasurer, also was a vice president of investor relations and communications.

-- Potbelly Corp., the Chicago-based holding company for the Potbelly sandwich chain, tapped Michael Coyne as CFO. He succeeds Charles Talbot, who left in March. Mr. Coyne was previously senior vice president for small business at CNA Financial Corp.

-- Cepheid, a Sunnyvale, Calif., molecular diagnostics company, named Ilan Daskal CFO. Mr. Daskal was CFO at International Rectifier Corp. when it was acquired by Infineon Technologies AG in January.

-- ABM Industries Inc., a New York-based facility-services company, picked D. Anthony Scaglione to be CFO. Mr. Scaglione has been treasurer at the company.

-- Cardtronics Inc., a Houston-based operator of automatic teller machines and financial-services kiosks, said CFO Chris Brewster will retire in 2015.

-- ServiceSource International Inc., a San Francisco-based service-revenue management company, named Robert Pinkerton CFO. Mr. Pinkerton was previously a senior vice president of corporate development at TeleTech Holdings Inc.
