"Shares of SFIO plummeted more than 80% last week following news that Company President Thomas Schroepfer was one of the three individuals charged in a penny stock fraud. Schroepfer and stock promoter Charles Fuentes were accused of engaging 'in a fraudulent scheme involving the stock of Smokefree involving illicit kickbacks and phony agreements.'
"SFIO shares rebounded on Friday after the Company announced the resignation of Schroepfer, which the board accepted effective immediately."
