Sidney Resources Corporation Releases Lucky Ben Mine Project Update

 

LEWISTON, ID -- July 7, 2015 -- InvestorsHub NewsWire -- Sidney Resources Corporation (SDRC) (OTCPK:SDRC) today announced an update for operational plans and completed work on the Lucky Ben Mine Project located in the historic Warren Mine District of Idaho.  On June 2, 2015, Sidney Resources personnel met with staff members of the Payette National Forest McCall Ranger District on site to complete a review of the permit application for use of the Arlise Gulch Road and to complete an assessment of the current road conditions and outline necessary improvements and hazard mitigation work to be completed upon approval and issuing of the road use permit requested by Sidney Resources.
 
          On June 23rd, notice was received from the McCall Ranger District that the permit application for use of the Arlise Gulch Road was approved and permission was granted for work to begin clearing downed trees and debris from the road.
 
          On July 3^rd work began to clear downed trees, rocks and brush from the road and the work was completed on July 5^th.  The Lucky Ben Mine Property and main adit are now accessible and additional work has begun to protect the creek crossing and manage water runoff as outlined in the permit. 
 
          On July 12, our Project Geologist and our Mining Engineer Consultant are scheduled to begin assessment work on site including a preliminary evaluation of the underground structures.
 
          July 25^th is the scheduled date for additional road improvements as outlined in the permit to begin as well as work to improve the adit entrance.  Additional work scheduled includes bulk sampling of the historical dumps located on the property including the main dump located near the adit.  Sampling will be completed within the accessible underground structures as well as throughout the property including sampling of the vein structure exposed by Goldstone Mining in 1984. 
 
          The Board of Directors remains focused on securing additional funding to expand exploration activities and move the Lucky Ben Mine Properties into production.  Talks continue with two undisclosed companies on securing additional properties and equipment within the Warren Mine District.
