Interim CEO & President makes way for new Leadership Team

Sidney Resources Corporation Interim CEO & President Michael Drew has decided to step down to make way for the leadership team he selected to move the company forward. Gregg Lindner who has served in the position of Vice President of Administration has accepted his appointment as the CEO and President. Dan Hally will continue as the Vice President of Finance and Treasurer and has accepted the role of Secretary of the Board. Mitch Mortensen will continue as the Vice President of Operations and Exploration. The Leadership Team thanks Mr. Drew for his efforts and dedication on behalf of the shareholders since taking over after the loss of former CEO and President William Brown to a medical emergency and are excited to move Sidney Resources forward as they develop the Lucky Ben Mine Group and bring the mine into production. Mr. Drew will continue to be a valuable resource for the company as a consultant.
