Vodafone Group PLC (VOD.LN), the largest mobile communications companies by revenue, said Thursday it, and Swisscom (Switzerland) AG (SCMN.VX), have agreed an extension to their strategic partnership agreement.
MAIN FACTS:
-Companies will also jointly source and deploy a full range of products and services targeted at the business and consumer markets.
-Under agreement, companies will continue to jointly procure phones, network equipment, service platforms and other technology infrastructure.
-Vodafone shares closed Wednesday at 166.7 pence valuing the company at GBP84.45 billion.
