(OTC Pink: SBDG) announces that it retained Avalon Securities, Ltd., a New York-based investment banking and advisory firm to advise it on various financial projects. Avalon is a FINRA-registered broker dealer. Andrew Clapp, a Managing Director at Avalon, has more than 25 years of private equity, venture capital and investment banking experience, having funded and/or advised more than 3-dozen companies.
