--Reaction Engines, a U.K. aerospace company backed by Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC and Boeing Co., is planning a path to a listing in London potentially as early as 2024, Sky News reports.
--The Oxfordshire-based company expects a listing that could value it at between one billion and two billion pounds ($1.18 billion-$2.36 billion), Sky News reports, citing a presentation to investors.
--Reaction, which employs more than 200 people in the U.K. and Colorado, has told shareholders it plans to raise pre-initial-public-offering funding in around 18 months, to pave the way for the public sale of shares, Sky News reports.
