      Rodedawg International Industries, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RWGI) announces 
      today they have entered into a letter of intent for a non-exclusive 
      distribution agreement with Altmann Marketing & Associates, to 
      distribute its amphibious vehicles in South America, some of the 
      requirements per the letter of intent includes a monthly goal of 42 
      units and a minimum of 42 units per each order.
    
    
      “As of today Altmann Marketing agree to the 
      general terms of the letter of intent and both companies will enter into 
      a formal Agreement subject to the acceptance of both parties,”
