SECTION 5 – Corporate Governance and Management

 

Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers.

 

On January 23, 2020, Charles Smith resigned from his positions as our Chief Operating Officer and as a member of our Board of Directors. The resignation is effective January 31, 2020. There was no known disagreement with Mr. Smith regarding our operations, policies, or practices.
