Explanation of Responses:
(1)	The reporting person acquired such securities in connection with the merger of a wholly owned subsidiary of the issuer with and into The Maslow Media Group, Inc. ("Maslow"), with Maslow as the surviving entity (the "Merger"). At the effective time of the Merger, all outstanding Maslow common shares were converted into shares of the issuer's common stock.
(2)	Such securities were acquired in connection with the Merger.
(3)	Held by Federal Systems, a company owned and controlled by Shirisha Janumpally, the reporting person's spouse.
(4)	Held by Judos Trust, of which the reporting person's spouse is sole trustee and beneficiary.
