Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

On October 22, 2016, Rightscorp, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a data services and consulting agreement (the “Agreement”) with a major music industry organization. Under the Agreement, the Company agreed to provide certain consulting services to this organization. The Agreement is initially valued at $700,000.
