Roche Holding AG confirmed on Saturday that its shareholders' meeting scheduled for Tuesday will take place but strongly recommended electronic voting.
The Swiss health-care giant said the meeting will take place following the measures established by the country's government to fight the coronavirus pandemic and that the company would follow all existing health rules.
However, shareholders are encouraged to opt for electronic voting and vote by proxy.
"Irrespective of health precautions taken, shareholders attending the meeting do so at their own risk," it said.
