Gold and Silver Mining of Nevada, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: CJTF) announces that its subsidiary CJT Mining, Inc. has engaged the services of Apache Mining Services LLC to test ores from several of the Company’s mineral properties. Apache Mining Services LLC specializes in custom milling and testing of free milling gold ores. Apache Mining Services LLC also operates a year round open pit mine in Arizona. The testing does not meet NI43-101 standards nor was it intended to as testing was done solely to ascertain the potential to start processing company ores at Apache Mining’s mill located in Arizona in order to commence cash flow.
The Company has sent its first bulk sample to Apache Mining from the Gold Reef property located at Lucerne Valley, California. The bulk sample consisted of a one ton sample that was run through Apache’s gravity mill to test the free milling aspect of the gold and to see what mill adaption changes are needed for future ore processing. Apache Mining recovered 10.5 grams of gold dory from the one ton sample. The gold recovery is believed to be a fraction of the true content of the ore as the concentrate tailings and mine tails still had significant gold left in the tailings. Apache Mining has initiated a full work up on the ore in order to initiate changes in its mill to recover the very fine gold content of the ores that make up the majority of the gold content. Apache believes it can capture approximately 75-90% of the gold in the ore once mill adaption is completed. Assays are pending of the head ore and mine tails as part of the ore work up.
The Company is pleased to have Apache Mining Services LLC to be working with us to prove up our mineral properties with the potential to quickly get a cash flow on stream. Apache Mining Services LLC is a proven and active mining company that we believe can greatly assist us in our growth moving forward.
About the Company - The company is now fully vested with many years of production ready assets in several states. The first properties are projected to generate cash flow in 2014 with all of the properties expecting significant cash flow by 2016.
