LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM Inc. ("PlayBOX") (OTCBB: PYBX), a global media entertainment distribution company, has acquired Intellectual Property rights to an extensive catalogue of major music CD's and DVD's following its recent purchase of Delta Leisure Group Plc ("Delta").

Delta, as a new subsidiary of PlayBOX, will remain operating under its own name as it continues to promote and distribute its many entertainment genres. Some of its popular titles include the DVD's "Elvis at the Movies - A Look at the Films of Elvis Presley" and "Marilyn Monroe - The Collection". Notable CD titles include "Troubled Souls - The Genius of Billy Holiday and Nina Simone" and "The Essence of Ella Fitzgerald".
