In accordance with Securities and Exchange Commission Release No. 34-39538 (January 12, 1998) (the "Release") Power Corporation of Canada ("PCC") has established information barriers between itself and certain of its subsidiaries. This filing does not reflect securities beneficially owned by any of the subsidiaries of PCC whose ownership of securities is disaggregated from that of PCC pursuant to the Release. This Form 13F is being filed as an amendment to the Form 13F Notice Report filed by PCC on October 11, 2019 ("Q3 2019 Filing") to add a new holding that was inadvertently omitted from PCC's Q3 2019 Filing. As of September 30, 2019, PCC had sole investment discretion and sole voting authority with respect to 4,937,730 common shares of Bellus Health Inc., CUSIP No. 07987C204 (the "Bellus Shares"). The aggregate market value of the Bellus Shares as of September 30, 2019 was $31,552,000. This Form 13F does not report the holdings of any Institutional Investment Manager other than PCC.
