Regulation FD Disclosure.

On August 23, 2016, Provectus Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that it has received a U.S. patent covering additional aspects of its process for synthesizing halogenated xanthenes, the family of compound to which rose bengal belongs. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
